This cheese board knife if perfect for summer entertainment. It is hand forged by Dr Zech from high carbon 1070 steel and features a truly wild handle design.
It feels good in the hand and somewhat organic. The blade on this cheese board knife is sharp and will wear well. It would Al work well on cures meats, pies, etc. that you would commonly have on a charcuterie board.
The handle is made of poplar wood with random hardwood buttons covering mechanical fittings allowing for easy replacement of the handle wood.
