A hand forged pairing knife is perfect for small jobs a around the kitchen or even workshop, camp kit, or for fishing. It also makes a great carving knife for spoons or wooden figurines. This is made in East Yorkshire by Dr. Zech who uses something similar in his kitchen.
It features a lightweight Wa style handle.

This hand forged pairing knife by Dr Zech is made from 1084 spring steel. It features a 5mm thick blade with a high Scandi grind. This beautiful knife is all handmade in East Yorkshire.
The handle consists of a reclaimed Vera wood and black walnut.
It is supplied sharp and takes and keeps an edge well.
