This beautiful hand forged rustic kitchen knife is made by Dr Zech in his East Yorkshire workshop. The steel for this is recycled from an old engineers file. This kitchen knife is supplied sharp and holds an excellent edge.

This hand forged bushcraft knife is made from an old rasp giving it a unique one of a kind look and feel. It takes a decent edge and is hard wearing making it perfect for the camp kitchen or the more rustic country kitchen.
The blade has a hammered finish and a hamon line can be seen as well.
The handle is handmade by Dr Zech of premium hardwoods. He has used Bocote for the bolster and for the main part of the handle, hornbeam and African mahogany.
