This beautiful hand forged rustic kitchen knife is made by Dr Zech in his East Yorkshire workshop. The steel for this is recycled from an old engineers file. This kitchen knife is supplied sharp and holds an excellent edge.

This hand forged kitchen knife is made from an old engineering file giving it a unique one of a kind look and feel. It takes a excellent edge and is hard wearing making it perfect for the camp kitchen or the more rustic country kitchen.
The handle is handmade by Dr Zech of premium hardwoods. The cap is a Portuguese coin with sailing ship motif followed by English stabilised bog oak and mahogany.
