This stunning hand forged steak knife is made of high quality 1075 steel. This beautiful knife features a full tang with brass pins and brass lined lanyard hole.
The wood for the handle is a green resin stabilised horse chestnut burl.
Both the knife and handle scales are made by Dr. Zech in East Yorkshire in his small workshop.
