This beautiful mini chopper kitchen knife knife is all handmade in East Yorkshire by Dr Zech. It has a hardness of 62hrc and is an excellent kitchen companion for ploughman’s boards, herb chopping, mincing onions, or slicling cured meats.
It features a sturdy contoured handle with a full steel tang.
