A hand forged pairing knife perfect for the kitchen, workshop, camp kit, or for fishing. This is made in East Yorkshire by Dr. Zech who uses something similar for a steak knife.

A sheath can be requested at additional cost.

It features a lightweight handle with a full length hidden tang.

This hand forged bushcraft knife by Dr Zech is made from 1084 high carbon steel. It features a 3.5mm thick blade with a Sabre grind. This beautiful knife is all handmade in East Yorkshire.

The handle has a brass bolster followed by water buffalo horn and black and orange tiger stripe acyrlester. The wood is mahogany and stabilised spalted birch. The wood is separated by Juma golden snake resin material. The handle shape combines a classic bushcraft shape with full length hidden tang.

It is supplied sharp and takes and keeps an edge well.
