This beautiful hand forged rustic petty knife is made by Dr Zech in his East Yorkshire workshop. It is made from high quality 1084 high carbon steel. This kitchen knife is supplied sharp and holds an excellent edge.

This hand forged petty knife is hand forged by Dr Zech from 1084 high carbon steel. It takes and keeps an excellent edge. This petty knife is perfect for small tasks and food prep in the kitchen.

The handle is handmade by Dr Zech and includes curly maple with burl and resin separated by stacked brass and bronze with a dyed and stabilised maple cap.
