Hand forged sf100 stainless steel kitchen knife blank.
This knife blank features a hidden tang and is fully heat treated and sharpened.

This gyuto knife blank is hand forged in Britain by Dr Zech from Sf100 stainless steel.
The top of the blade near the spine features hammer marks and forge scale.
The blade is stamped with Dr Zechs makers mark and is fully heat treated and razor sharp.
