Hand forged damascus steel pairing knife by Dr Zech featuring 256 true layers. This blade shape is a perfect choice for cutting most vegetables, beef, and chicken.

The handle features excellent quality hardwoods finished to a high shine and buffed with a special blend of hard wax.

This beautiful pairing knife features a hand forged Damascus steel blade Dr Zech. It is pattern welded from 15n20 and 1095 steel into a random pattern with 256 layers.

The handle on this hand forged pairing knife features an acyrlester cap followed by some dyed and stabilised curly maple. This is separated from the yew wood handle by a brass spacer surrounded by Nitrile bonded cork liners.
