Delivery Policy

All products featured in our store are in stock and ship within 3-5 business days. All knives are shipped using age verification services which require a valid photo ID being presented to the courier upon delivery demonstrating you are 18+. The name on the ID must match the name on the parcel.

No refunds will be given for delivery failure resulting from an inability to prove the buyer is of legal age for age restricted products, no exceptions.

The Anvil and Yew Ltd is not to be held responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies and no refunds will be given for products which have not been received by a customer until a payout is received by the Seller from a Courier Company following their independent lost parcel investigation.

Royal Mail: Lost parcel claims can be started after 15 business days of non-delivery within the European Union, EEA, and UK. The rest of the world is 30 days. All delivery time frames and country dependent service updates can be found on Royal Mail’s website. By purchasing a product from the The Anvil and Yew and select a Royal Mail delivery service, you as the Buyer acknoweldge you have read and understood the delivery specifications for you country of receipt. Goods are DDU (delivered duty unpaid). Many of the same products are listed on our Etsy or Amazon Handmade and purchases through those channels receive goods DDP (delivered duty paid).

FedEx/DPD: FedEx and DPD services are only for non-UK customers and usually are delivered within 5 business days. Lost parcels claims can be intiated after 7 days. For country specific service updates and delivery estimates please see the couriers websites.

All orders are provided with a tracking link which is sent via email.
