I got a whittling knife and wow was I impressed. It really does make a difference when someone really knows their job well. The steel is a great hardness for whittling and sharp aswell, with a great profile. So much so I instantly ordered more. Can't recommend enough.

“Beautiful and very high quality blade. The bevel is polished superbly well. The knife slides through food unimpeded with ease. The resin bolster needed a little finishing but that's my preference. A lovely addition to my kitchen tools”
