I just couldn't believe how beautifull the trowels were when I opened the package. It was a delightful experience with The Anvil And Yew from the very first contact to the moment I received the tools I ordered. I would absolutely recommend them!

“Beautiful and very high quality blade. The bevel is polished superbly well. The knife slides through food unimpeded with ease. The resin bolster needed a little finishing but that's my preference. A lovely addition to my kitchen tools”
