This hand forged chef knife is designed and handmade by Dr Zech from high quality 8670 3mm thick steel. It features a full tang with chestnut wood scales and a rubberised cork liner. The scales are secured in place with Loveless bolts.

The handle is a chestnut and features brass and stainless steel bolts.
The blade on this hand forged chef knife features a kurouchi finish with a high V grind with hand ground secondary bevel.
