This hand forged stainless steel pairing knife is perfect for the kitchen, workshop, camp kit, or for fishing. This is made in East Yorkshire by Dr. Zech who uses something similar for a whittling knife.
It features a lightweight handle with a full length hidden tang.

This hand forged pairing knife by Dr Zech is made from SF100 stainless steel. It features a 3mm thick blade with a high V grind. This beautiful knife is all handmade in East Yorkshire.
The handle is made of Orange Osage with a red resin spacer.
It is supplied sharp and takes and keeps an edge well.
