This hand forged 320 layer high carbon Dramascus steel pairing knife is perfect for the kitchen, workshop, camp kit, or for fishing. This is made in East Yorkshire by Dr. Zech who uses something similar for a whittling knife.

It features a lightweight handle with a full length hidden tang.

This hand forged pairing knife by Dr Zech is made from Damascus (pattern welded) 1095 and 15n20 steel. It features 320 true layers and is a 3mm thick blade with a high V grind. This beautiful knife is all handmade in East Yorkshire.

The handle is made of teak with a chestnut burl and resin cap.

It is supplied sharp and takes and keeps an edge well.
