This beautiful hand forged rustic steak knife is made by Dr Zech in his East Yorkshire workshop. 1070 steel has been used for this steak knife. This kitchen knife is supplied sharp and holds an excellent edge.

This hand forged steak knife is made from 3mm 1070 high carbon steel. the steak knife features a heavily hammered spine. It takes an excellent edge and is hard wearing making it perfect for the kitchen or camping.
The handle is handmade by Dr Zech of elm burl which has been left more natural. The wood is kiln dried and treated with a wood stabiliser, however it is not vacuum or pressure treated with resin fillers. This means you can expect some holes and cracks in the wood.
