Here you can build your very own custom chef knife to suit your needs and tastes exactly. Each blade is unique and handforged by Dr. Zech in his small workshop using master-class skills. Handle materials are carefully selected for quality and longevity and always are finished to a high standard. Dr. Zech recommends Renaissance Wax or Birchwood Casey finishing oil to keep your handle looking new and shiny.

A certificate of authenticity is provided with your purchase signed by the craftsmen himself!

All blades are fully heat treated and sharpened.

Please be aware, this is a custom knife and it will take some time to complete. This is dependent on the materials requested and current volume of orders. These take at least 14 businesses days to complete and may take up to 60 during busy seasons!!!
