A hand forged pairing knife perfect for the kitchen, workshop, camp kit, or for fishing. This is made in East Yorkshire by Dr. Zech who uses something similar for a steak knife.
It features a lightweight handle with a full length hidden tang.

This hand forged pairing knife by Dr Zech is made from 1084 high carbon steel. It features a 3.5mm thick blade with a Sabre grind. This beautiful knife is all handmade in East Yorkshire.
The handle is made from birch burl and English yew capped with water buffalo horn. The handle shape combines a classic bushcraft shape with Japanese Wa style on handle back.
It is supplied sharp and takes and keeps an edge well.
