This hand forged small petty knife is perfect for the kitchen. This is made in East Yorkshire by Dr. Zech who uses something similar for his charcuterie boards.

It features a lightweight handle with a full length hidden tang.

This hand forged small petty knife by Dr Zech is made from Wolfram tungsten alloy steel. It features a 1.8mm thick blade with a high v grind. This beautiful knife is all handmade in East Yorkshire.

The handle is made of teak with a burl and resin cap.

It is supplied sharp and takes and keeps an edge well.
