A hand forged pairing knife perfect for the kitchen, workshop, camp kit, or for fishing. This is made in East Yorkshire by Dr. Zech who uses something similar for a steak knife.

It features a lightweight handle with a full length hidden tang.

This hand forged pairing knife by Dr Zech is made from 1084 high carbon steel. It features a 3.5mm thick blade with a Sabre grind. This beautiful knife is all handmade in East Yorkshire.

The handle is made from (back to front) meranti, lavender resin, and bog oak with cork spacers. The hidden tang runs the length of the handle.

It is supplied sharp and takes and keeps an edge well.
