This hand forged Sloyd knife is perfect for the kitchen, workshop, camp kit, or fishing. This is handmade in East Yorkshire by Dr. Zech, who uses something similar for a carving knife though this Sloyd could work well as a steak knife.

It features a full tang handle with hardwood scales and stainless rivets.

Full tang Sloyd knife by Dr Zech. It is hand forged to shape and has a forged bevel; made from high quality 26c3 steel. The spine on this Sloyd knife is 4mm thick and features a high V grind (Sabre grind) with microbevel.

This beautiful Sloyd knife is all handmade in East Yorkshire.

The handle is also handmade and features live edge olive wood with dark red resin and stainless steel and stainless steel with brass rosette fittings.

It is supplied sharp and takes and keeps an edge well.
