A hand forged carving knife perfect for the workshop, camp kit, or for fishing. This is made in East Yorkshire by Dr. Zech who uses something similar for a steak knife.
It features a lightweight Wa style handle.

This hand forged carving knife by Dr Zech is made from oil hardening stainless steel. It features a 4mm thick blade with a high Scandi grind. This beautiful knife is all handmade in East Yorkshire.
The handle is stabilised and dyed beech wood.
It is supplied sharp and takes and keeps an edge well.
