A hand forged carving knife perfect for the workshop, camp kit, or for fishing. This is made in East Yorkshire by Dr. Zech who uses something similar for a steak knife.
It features a lightweight Wa style handle.

This hand forged carving knife by Dr Zech is made from oil hardening stainless steel. It features a 3mm thick blade with a high Scandi grind. This beautiful knife is all handmade in East Yorkshire.
The handle consists of pau Rosa, spalted cherry, aluminium spacers, vulcanised cork spacers, and red white black micarta.
It is supplied sharp and takes and keeps an edge well.
