A beautiful 5 inch kitchen chopper. It has a Japanese tang with a unique Wa style handle. This beautiful knife is all handmade by Dr. Zech in East Yorkshire.
The handle is English horn beam and a black walnut cap.

The handle is made of English Hornbeam, walnut, and resin.
