This beautiful hand forged kitchen knife is all handmade in East Yorkshire by Dr Zech. It has a hardness of 60hrc and is an excellent kitchen companion suitable for a variety tasks.
It features a sturdy contoured full tang handle.

- It features a 4mm thick blade with a high v grind.
