Items sent to the EU/EEA take 5-7 business days and outside the EU/EEA 10-14 business day using the Royal Mail International Tracked service. An expedited courier service can be selected at checkout. Royal Mail Tracked 48 is used for orders sent to UK address and this is a 2-4 day service.

Shipping times vary depending on the product purchased. Custom items and back-ordered items will be processed on a first come first serve basis. Dr. Zech is the only maker of each item sold here. We use hardwoods, resin, steel, and other natural and man-made materials. Our exotic hardwoods are reclaimed, historically felled, or CITES compliant. Our domestic hardwoods are sustainably sourced in the UK. Many of steels are of UK origin as well. Every product description includes further details.
