Hand Forged Petty Knife — Full Tang (#2)

This petty knife is hand forged by Dr Zech from 80crv2 steel. This kitchen petty knife or utility knife features a high flat grind of 14 degrees where the primary bevel extends beyond the blades midline with a secondary bevel hand ground on a whetstone.

It has a keen edge and is perfect for a variety of kitchen tasks. The bevel has been belt polished to 1000 grit.

The petty knife features brass Corby bolts and is also glued for extra security. The handle is horse chestnut burl with copper and sky blue resin.
