A hand forged pairing knife perfect for the kitchen, workshop, camp kit, or for fishing. This is made in East Yorkshire by Dr. Zech who uses something similar for a steak knife.
It features a lightweight handle with a full length hidden tang.

This hand forged pairing knife by Dr Zech is made from 10C28Mo2 Sandavik Swedish stainless steel. It features a 3mm thick blade with a high Scandi grind. This beautiful knife is all handmade in East Yorkshire.
The handle is resin stabilised elm burl. The bolster is sand cast cupronickel. The hidden tang runs the length of the handle.
It is supplied sharp and takes and keeps an edge well.
