A hand forged stainless steel pairing knife perfect for the kitchen, workshop, camp kit, or fishing. This is made in East Yorkshire by Dr. Zech who uses something similar for a steak knife.

It features a lightweight handle with a full length hidden tang. The handle is angled slightly down from the blade.

This hand forged pairing knife by Dr Zech is made from SF100 stainless steel. It features a 3.5mm thick blade with a high flat grind aka Sabre grind. This beautiful knife is all handmade in East Yorkshire.

The handle consists of a bog oak cap (bolster) with stacked copper and brass. The main wood of the handle is padauk and the central spacer is Kirinite.

The hidden tang runs the length of the handle.

It is supplied sharp and takes and keeps an edge well.
