This beautiful hand forged stainless steel filet knife is handmade by Dr Zech in East Yorkshire. This beautiful knife features a 440 martensitic stainless steel blade with an exotic shaped Wa handle. Despite the unusual shape of the handle, it feels fantastic in the hand and will not leave you disappointed.
The wood for the handle is stabilized spalted ash and capped with English Yew with a leather liner.
