This beautiful hand forged rustic kitchen knife is made by Dr Zech in his East Yorkshire workshop. The steel for this is recycled from an old engineers file. This kitchen knife is supplied sharp and holds an excellent edge.

This hand forged kitchen knife is made from an old rasp giving it a unique one of a kind look and feel. It takes a excellent edge and is hard wearing making it perfect for the camp kitchen or the more rustic country kitchen.

The handle is handmade by Dr Zech of yew wood with a black walnut spacer. The yew is sourced from Burton Constable Hall and Parkland.
