Hand Forged Stainless Steel Santoku Kitchen Knife – 6inch

The rustic yet elegant 6 inch santoku kitchen knife is handforged by Dr. Zech in his small workshop. it features a hammered stone wash finish on the upper part of the blade.

It has a high V-Grind at a 14 degree angle which slices both hard thick foods and thinner softer foods magnificently, which make is quite utilitarian.

The blade also features a unique clay heat treatment which can be seen on the bevel where it has been polished and acid washed.

The handle features mahogany, aluminium, elm burl, and black G10 ultrex cap.
