A fun small carving knife perfect for the workshop, camp kit, or for fishing. This is hand forged by Dr. Zech who uses something similar for a steak knife!
This hand forged knife by Dr Zech is made from 1084 spring steel. it features a 4mm thick blade with a Scandi grind.
The handle consists of a reclaimed mahogany handle with copper and leather at the top.
The blade and handle are both around 85mm long about 3 3/4inch. The blade height is about 20mm (3/4in).
It is supplied sharp and takes and keeps an edge well.
