A hand forged pairing knife perfect for the kitchen, workshop, camp kit, or for fishing. This is made in East Yorkshire by Dr. Zech who uses something similar for a steak knife.

This hand forged pairing knife by Dr Zech is made from 1084 spring steel. it features a 4mm thick blade with a Scandi grind.
It features a hidden tang with a oak burl and resin handle. The handle cap is resin and cork.
It is supplied sharp and takes and keeps an edge well.
It now includes the leather sheath in the photos.
