A hand forged pairing knife perfect for the kitchen, workshop, camp kit, or for fishing. This is made in East Yorkshire by Dr. Zech who uses something similar for a steak knife.

It features a lightweight handle with a full length hidden tang.

This hand forged pairing knife by Dr Zech is made from AEB-L stainless steel. It features a 3.5mm thick blade with a high Scandi grind. This beautiful knife is all handmade in East Yorkshire.

The handle consists of dyed and stabilised Asian fir with burl and resin spacer. The hidden tang runs the length of the handle.

It is supplied sharp and takes and keeps an edge well.
