A hand forged carving knife perfect for the workshop, camp kit, or for fishing. This is made in East Yorkshire by Dr. Zech who uses something similar for a steak knife.
It features a lightweight Wa style handle.

This hand forged carving knife by Dr Zech is made from 1084 spring steel. It features a 5mm thick blade with a high Scandi grind. This beautiful knife is all handmade in East Yorkshire.
The handle consists of a reclaimed Vera wood, keruing, and blue acrylester.
It is supplied sharp and takes and keeps an edge well.
