Shipping & Delivery
Items sent to the EU/EEA take 5-7 business days and outside the EU/EEA 10-14 business day using the Royal Mail International Tracked service. An expedited courier service can be selected at checkout. Royal Mail Tracked 48 is used for orders sent to UK address and this is a 2-4 day service.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on the product purchased. Custom items and back-ordered items will be processed on a first come first serve basis. Dr. Zech is the only maker of each item sold here. As such, things can sometimes take a bit of time to send out. Please contact him using the button above or by the email you received at the time of purchase. Items in stock are typically sent out every Friday with tracked 48 post in the UK or 7-10 post outside the UK. Expedited courier delivery options are availble. What is the process to return an item if I am not satisfied?

Where are your products made?
All our product are made in the UK by Dr. Zech unless otherwise stated.
What materials are the items made of?
We use hardwoods, resin, steel, and other natural and man-made materials. Our exotic hardwoods are reclaimed, historically felled, or CITES compliant. Our domestic hardwoods are sustainably sourced in the UK. Many of steels are of UK origin as well. Every product description includes further details.
